Use Epsom salts more in your beauty treatments. Aching muscles can be treated with Epsom salts. Prepare Epsom salts with a little lavender, mix into a paste using some water. Put the Epsom salts on the area of your body you wish to help and leave it on overnight. Your skin is going to look better in the morning.
